Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 38 of 2017 arising out of Imamganj P.S. Case No. 23 of 2015, registered under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by this Court vide Criminal Misc. No. 53020 of 2016 disposed of on 15.02.2017. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 19.07.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Koshila Devi @ Kaushiliya Devi be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties
