Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault to the informant, brother of the informant, namely, Santosh Kumar and his father. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case and there is case and counter case between the parties.

From perusal of the impugned order, it is apparent that no one has sustained any fire arm injury on the side of the informant.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Chapra (Saran) in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 222 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
