2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No.267 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 103, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner and other criminals went and killed the deceased for having an affair with one Chandani Kumari.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner in his inculpatory statement confessed the crime. The petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2024 and he claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the gravity of offence, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. However, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after the recording of evidence of the informant and other material witnesses.
