JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 403 of 2019 for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they have

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11978 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 transferred some portion of land of the informant through registered sale deed mentioning jamabandi no.11 in place of correct jamabandi.

Considering the nature of dispute raised in the present application that primarily it is a dispute amenable to civil suit, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let petitioners, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Shikarpur P.S.
