2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 270 of 2023 lodged on 01.08.2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b), a, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 19.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5229 of 2024 and analogous cases. Counsel submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 31.08.2023. Counsel further submits that on earlier occasion vide order dated 11.04.2025, a report with regard to the present stage of the trial has been called for.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner is an accused of bank robbery and looted article has been recovered from the accused persons. He further submits that a report regarding stage of the trial has been called for and upon perusal of the same, it transpires that four witnesses have been examined till date.

5. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court, is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
