Mr. Sri Arun Kumar Pandey ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Ayer P. S. Case No. 68 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-A) (1-AA) of the Arms Act. Informant is the Officer-in-Charge of police station who in his self statement has stated that on 13.10.2017 at about 2-30 A.M. he raided the house of Panchanand Sharma, father of petitioner, as illegal arms being manufactured and sold there. Petitioner was arrested from the said house and many articles used for manufacturing illegal arms were recovered from the said house.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no criminal antecedent of petitioner and police has submitted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13969 of 2018(3) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 chargesheet under Section 25(1) a of the Arms Act. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VII, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Ayer P. S. Case No. 68 of 2017.
