JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 333, 353, 307, 186, 188, 427, 342, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they have created road blockade due to an accident, in which one person died. Petitioner are named in the F.I.R.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that though they are named in the F.I.R., but nothing specific has been attributed against them. Further, they have no criminal antecedents.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
