Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a detailed representation before the Vice Chancellor of the University and the Vice Chancellor may forward the representation of the petitioner along with all the relevant documents in support of the claim of the petitioner to the Additional Chief Secretary, Higher Education, Government of Bihar, who must ensure to disburse at least amount of fund, to

3. The Registrar of the University must not delay in making payment of the amount/to be credited in the account of the petitioner within the aforesaid period. The Registrar of the University must be in contact with the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Government of Bihar as well as the Finance Department.
