Mr. AK Gautam, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2025 Instant modification petition has been filed for modification of order dated 16.3.2020, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 77134 of 2019.

2. In view of the reasons mentioned in the modification petition, petitioner is granted six weeks' further time to surrender and to furnish bail bonds as directed vide aforesaid order, subject to deposit of Rs. 35,000/- (Rupees thirty five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority. This amount would be utilized by the court below for purchase of furniture and beautification of the court premises. Petitioner shall furnish receipt of deposit of the aforesaid amount with the bail-bond.

3. Modification petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.
