Let the petitioner do the needful in this regard. The University shall ensure that these payments accrue and the cheques are handed over immediately to the petitioner or any person authorized on behalf of other claimants.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is some issue with regard to arrears of salary as well as pension. The fact is not seriously disputed at this juncture by counsel representing the University.
