1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 381 of 2022, dated 06.08.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioners' counsel are that the instant matter relates to the recovery of 100 litres of country-made liquor but the same is stated to have been recovered from Anganbadi Centre, from which the petitioners have no connection and they were arrested merely on the basis

No.13213 of 2023(2) dt.05-05-2023 2/2 of suspicion and they have fair and clean antecedent and both of them are very young persons and they have been languishing in jail since 07.08.2022 and against them investigation has been completed and co-accused persons namely, Shankar Roy, Arti Devi, Sukhiya Devi and Radha Devi have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No.65347 of 2022 and Cr. Misc. No.66941 of 2022 respectively.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above submissions and mainly petitioners' young age, completion of investigation against them and their fair and clean antecedent, in my opinion it is a fit case for bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, let both the petitioners named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Beur P.S.
