2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(C), 20(b)(ii), (C), 21(b), 22(C), 24, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. As per prosecution case, during raid, 1.092 Kg charas and 208 gm smack were recovered from the house of coaccused Nayeem Miyan. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons used to sell the aforesaid items near India-Nepal border.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Name of the petitioner transpired during
