Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 326 and some other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act. .

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with co-accused, Danis Koreshi and Aafat Koreshi threw small bombs as a result of which many persons from the informant side sustained injuries.

It is submitted that though there is allegation of exploding bomb but none of the injured sustained splinter injuries and all the injuries are either caused by fire arm or hard blunt substance. Specific allegation of firing is against coaccused, Bablu Koreshi and Anzar Koreshi. Petitioner claims

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12742 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 clean antecedent and is in custody since 11.12.2021 and investigation in this case is complete.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti PS case No. 562/2021.
