2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.111 of 2021, registered for the offences under Sections 392 of Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the F.I.R., unknown criminals are said to have looted a scorpio vehicle in which two mobile phones and Rs.31,500/- was kept. The name of the petitioner transpired in the self inculpatory statement.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2025 and he has one criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of regular bail to the
