Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 189 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections- 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations of assault are not corroborated by the injury. Injury whatever is caused is alleged to have been caused by the fire arm of co-accused Pappu Singh. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 28.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6809 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.03.2017.

No.21555 of 2017 (2) dt.16-05-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 189 of 2016.
