The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/ 323 /324/ 325/332/333/307/436/395/427/353/152/153/187/188/189/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. A mob had created unruly situation and rioting for death of a person and inaction of the police. The petitioner was identified as member of the mob without any specific accusation. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like
