The petitioner filed this petition for extension of the period of their surrendering in the learned court below in pursuance of the order dated 23.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19867 of 2015. It appears that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 23.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19867 of 2015 but the petitioner could not surrender in the learned court below within four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of the aforesaid order. It is submitted that the petitioner fell ill and, therefore, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below within the prescribed period. Therefore, the period for surrendering the petitioner in the learned court below in connection with Complaint Case No. 4617 of 2014 is extended by four weeks from today.
