This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.70324 of 2019 by this Court by which the petitioners have been granted anticipatory provisional bail in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks with certain conditions, but they failed to surrender within the time.

Looking to the entirety, let the bail bonds of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16417 of 2021(2) dt.08-03-2021 2/2 petitioners be accepted with same condition.

The time to surrender is extended by further four weeks.

Accordingly, the order dated 09.06.2020 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.
