Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected twice. Report has been called for. From the report, it transpires that only one witness out of 7 witnesses has been examined.

In this view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, but liberty is hereby granted that he may renew his prayer for bail 6 months from today. In the meantime, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial at the earliest.
