The petitioner seeks bail in Chowk P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

54 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. For that the petitioner is in jail since 13.03.2017. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than 11⁄2 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Chowk P.S.
