JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 24-07-2020 Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Damodar Prasad Tiwary, learned APP. In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 304 (B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case, an allegation has been made that family members of the petitioner have killed the victim lady and made her body traceless.

Till date, neither the victim nor the dead body of the victim has been recovered by the police.

Looking to the nature of allegation as also considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12393 of 2020(2) dt.24-07-2020 2/2 petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
