The Petitioner seek bail in Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 160 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147,148,149,323,324,325,307,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per written report there is specific allegation against co-accused Chandan Tiwary @ Saurabh Kumar Tiwary of assaulting the father of the informant with iron rod on head. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner that he also assaulted the father of the informant with rod. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 17.02.2017.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21658 of 2017 (2) dt.12-05-2017 petition for bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XI, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 160 of 2016 subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
