Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 22/23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Ninety Gms. of Ganja was allegedly recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16861 of 2018 (2) dt.27-03-2018 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No.193 of 2017 arising out of Pirbahore Police Station Case No.730 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
