Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 475/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. The recovery is from outside the village and the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by the Chowkidar. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Case No. 475/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
