Petitioner seeks bail in NDPS Case No. 19 of 2016 in connection with Rail Barauni P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016 registered under Sections- 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of the co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2016. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21231 of 2017 (3) dt.23-06-2017 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge 1st-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, Begusarai bail in NDPS Case No. 19 of 2016 in connection with Rail Barauni P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016.
