Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2017 in an FIR registered against unknown relating to an occurrence of firing which caused injury at the leg of the informant. Submission is that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. The petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade. Only material is confessional statement of the petitioner. Investigation is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13930 of 2018 (2) dt.12-03-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ara Muffasil Police Station Case No.09 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
