The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.11334/19 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.341 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. One scorpio vehicle was intercepted and the informant found three persons fleeing away after getting down from the scorpio. On chase, one person was apprehended who disclosed his name as Rajeev Kumar. Rajeev Kumar(the petitioner) also disclosed the name of Anil Rai and Chotu. 90.423 liters foreign liquor of different brands was recovered. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is co-villager of Anil Rai. Petitioner is not the owner of the vehicle. Petitioner was coming to Patna for treatment and he took lift on the vehicle but he was also apprehended.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No.11334/19 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S.
