The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 307, 302, 342/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the First Information Report is based on the fardbeyan of the victim, where she alleged that these two petitioners sprinkled K-oil on her body and set her on fire subsequently she succumbed to injury. Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 113 of 2013, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Barh, Patna.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13106 of 2015 (2) dt.30-03-2015 Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
