2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 8© , 20 ( b ) (ii), ©, 21 ( b ) and 20 ( b ) ( ii ) (c), 23 (c) and 29 of the N DP S Act. 3 . Prosecution case is that, on secret information about illegal possession of drug and sale of the same by Md. Nayeem Miya and his family , a raid was conducted in which 1.092 kg of Charas and 208 gms smack was recovered from the house of co-accused Md. Nayeem Mia and petitioners are alleged to be involved in the illegal trade of the same .
4. It is submitted that the petitioners are innocent and

No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner No. 1 is wife and petitioner No. 2 is daughter of coaccused Nayeem Mian and they along with other co-accused persons are involved in the alleged occurrence and there is recovery of charas and huge quantity of smack .
6. Considering the recovery of charas and huge quantity of smack , prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U
