The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 396 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 412 IPC was added. It has been stated in para-3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent but on perusal of the case diary, it appears that petitioner is having one more criminal antecedent.

Without going into the merits of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the ground of suppression of fact. Accordingly, bail application of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No. 04 of 2021/05 of 2021 arising out of Nawada Town (Bundelkhand
