JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-08-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'CrPC'), the petitioner has challenged the order dated 13.5.2013 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ad hoc- IV, Madhepura in Sessions Trial No.128 of 2008 whereby the application dated 1.5.2013 filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 7A of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 (for short 'the Act') has been dismissed.

In my considered opinion, the application is misconceived. Section 53 of the Act provides for revision against any order passed by the court of session.

3. In view of the statutory remedy being available to the
