This writ application is required to be dismissed because an illegal and irrational prayer has been made therein.

2. Father-in-law of the petitioner was a Government servant, who retired from the post of Hawildar from Bihar Military Police way back on 01.12.1997. The daughter-in-law claims herself to be the nominee and wants benefit of pay as per the recommendation of the 6th Pay Revision Committee. The 6th Pay Revisions was introduced w.e.f. 1.4.2007. How does a retired employee or a nominee get a right for revision of pay is not
