JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It is submitted that petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 19.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2115 of 2015 with direction to surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 205 of 2013 within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order dated 19.01.2015 but petitioner could not surrender before the concerned court within the period as fixed by this court and accordingly, it is prayed that period for surrender be extended for further period of four weeks. Accordingly, prayer is allowed and it is ordered that if the petitioner surrenders before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 205 of 2013
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8276 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 within four weeks from today, he shall be released on bail in the light of order dated 19.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2115 of 2015.
Accordingly, this modification petition stands disposed of.
