The petitioners have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 363, 354, 376/511, 493, 496, 420, 120B, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

2 Nand Kishore Mishra being co-villager of the informant took the informant and her mother to Ranchi where he along with petitioner no. 1 got her married forcibly with a physically and mentally abrased person. Subsequently the in-laws of the informant started torturing the informant, as a result she escaped from the matrimonial house and came to her mother's house. On 06.07.2015 in the night, the petitioners and co-accused Srikant Singh entered into the house of the informant and abducted the informant. On alarm being raised, petitioner no. 1 Amrendra Singh fired with pistol. The accused persons took away cash of Rs.5,000/- and ornaments from the house of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that maliciously the accusation has been levelled and for the occurrence of 06.07.2015 the FIR was registered on 09.07.2015.
This Court finds no reason to revise the earlier order.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of three weeks from today in connection with Deoriya P.S. Case No. 53
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8806 of 2016 (2) dt.03-08-2016 3/3 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur.
