2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.04.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 17939 of 2017.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that through inadvertence certain typing errors had crept in while filing the bail petition and such errors have been carried in the order dated 11.04.2017 disposing of the bail petition.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is satisfied that the errors pointed out require correction and accordingly the order dated 11.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17939 of 2017 be treated as corrected as follows: (a) In para-2 of the order, the date shall be read as 01.10.2015 in place of 11.10.2015.

(b) In para-4, the reference to the A.C.J.M. XII shall be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21290 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 read as A.C.J.M. X. and the reference to Trial No. 978 of 2016 shall be treated as deleted.
