Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the theft of the motorcycle is against unknown. The recovery was from, in front of, N.N. Medical Store which is not of the petitioner nor any recovery was made from conscious possession of the petitioner. Investigation is already complete now.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13519 of 2018 (2) dt.09-03-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Laheriasarai Police Station Case No. 503 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
