Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added.
The FIR of the theft of Auto-Rickshaw is against unknown.
Submission is that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2017. Investigation is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two
