The petitioner seeks bail in Amba P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner was arrested and it is alleged that the petitioner had kept 1720 pouches in 8 bags by the side of the road for carrying.

Leanred counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no concern with the recovery of the country made liquor.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that 344 litres country made liquor was recovered by the side of the road for which the petitioner is in jail since 19.02.2017, the above

No.21832 of 2017 (2) dt.16-05-2017 2/2 named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017.
