Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is of commission of theft of rice from the mill of the informant. Further, allegation is of recovery of two cartridges not from physical possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mohania Police Station Case No. 45 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13540 of 2018 (2) dt.09-03-2018 2/2 shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
