JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-05-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioners appears and submits that since the age of the petitioner no.1 is 17 years and the petitioner no.2 is 14 years, therefore, both the petitioners are juvenile and, as such, he does not want to press this application and seeks permission to withdraw this application, which has been filed on behalf of the petitioners to grant them the privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Raja Pakar P.S. Case No.189 of 2018, pending in the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Vaishali at Hajipur, with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this application is dismissed as
