The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 11 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 323, 325, 379, 448 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that all the accused persons entered into the house of the informant and mercilessly assaulted the informant and his wife, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
