Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356,379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2017.

Similarly situated co-accused Pawan Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2. The FIR is against unknown.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
