The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 142 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.11.2018. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he has opened fire on the son of the informant. He further submits that due to previous enmity he has been made accused in this case.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than
