Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 229 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The alleged recovery has been made from a Gowshala which does not belong to this petitioner.
