2. Earlier, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 27.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72896 of 2023.

3. Trial Court report reveals that charge has already been framed on 09.12.2024 but till date no prosecution witnesses have been examined and case is running on prosecution evidence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2022.

5. Considering the period of custody and slow progress of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17564 of 2025(3) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-II, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Session Trial No. 969 of 2023 arising out of Rani Talab P. S. Case No. 37 of 2021.
