Perused the impugned order dated 07.06.2016 passed by the learned Principle Judge, Family Court, in Matrimonial Case No. 5004 of 2014, whereby the learned court below directed the husband-respondent to pay Rs. 4000/-to the wife and Rs. 1500/- to the minor son.

From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the court below considered the fact that the husband-respondent is getting Rs. 24,000/- in hand per month and that he is already paying Rs. 750/- on the direction of the High Court in quashing matter. The court below considered all these aspects of the matter and granted the aforesaid relief.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, when the court below considering the salary of the husband passed the impugned order, I do not find any ground for

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1157 of 2016 (2) dt.24-11-2016 interference in the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Thus, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.
