This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 272, 273, 308 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

About 240 bottles of liquor, containing total 48 liters, were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2017 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bishambharpur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, X, Gopalganj, or successor Court.
