Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Mojahidpur PS Case No. 279 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that for one occurrence two cases have been instituted; one under Sections 392 & 411 IPC and for recovery of arms this separate case has been instituted.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that he was apprehended on chase while fleeing after committing robbery to a truck driver.
