In this case, the petitioner has claimed an amount of Rs. 13,22,218/- towards transport and handing bill of paddy/Custom Milled Rice under the Kharif Milling Season - 2013-14. The petitioner was appointed as a Miller for milling the paddy and, as per petitioner, he has returned the Custom Milled Rice (CMR) as per agreement to the go-down of the S.F.C. but, the payment, as mentioned hereinabove, has not been made to the petitioner though he is legally entitled for the same.
