Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown registered in the year 2002.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner had no knowledge of his implication in this case. Petitioner was never noticed in the matter till he was arrested in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14125 of 2018 (2) dt.12-03-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Tarari Police Station Case No.13 of 2002, Sessions Trial No.13 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
